Even though David Steinfeld was opposing counsel in my case, I genuinely feel compelled to leave this review because professionalism and integrity deserve recognition. After dealing with a previous attorney who wasted nearly two months of my life playing games, creating unnecessary delays, and lacking transparency, working across from David was a completely different experience. He handled the case efficiently, directly, and professionally from the beginning. What another “lawyer” could not accomplish in months, David resolved in less than a week. He was transparent, responsive, and respectful throughout the process, which made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to navigate. You do not have to agree with opposing counsel to recognize when someone is competent, ethical, and genuinely focused on resolving matters instead of creating more conflict. I truly appreciate how professionally he handled everything.

I needed to start a business in Florida and David was very explanatory of all options and his recommendations and actually provided me with the procedure to create the business myself, saving me hundreds. He created my operating agreement and was very derailed with his explanations.

He knows practical application of law theory, knows how LE and courts 'think' and is a great teacher. He laid out all of the options available to me both in and out of court along with his recommendations so I can make the best decision possible.
