First attorney to serve twice as Board Certification Committee Chair

David Steinfeld was initially Board Certified in business litigation in 2010 and was re-certified in 2015 and 2020. He served on the Florida Bar's Business Litigation Board Certification Committee from 2012 to 2018. The President of the Florida Bar appointed him Vice-Chair for 2015-2016 and then Chair of the Committee for 2016-2017.

In 2022, the Florida Bar President re-appointed Mr. Steinfeld to the Business Litigation Board Certification Committee for three more years. Dave served again as the Vice-Chair of the Committee for 2023-2024 and became the first person in the Committee's history to serve twice as Vice Chair and Chair when he was appointed again as the Chair for 2024-2025.
