David Steinfeld really cares about helping his clients and not running up the hourly expenses. He is professional, wise and has integrity. You can expect him to carefully review the situation and provide you with options and relative cost. Best of all, he prefers to negotiate over litigate, while he is skilled in both. If you're looking for an attorney that will actually respond to you in a timely fashion this is your guy.

We contacted David with a contract dispute which he took the time to give us different ways to handle the matter which would greatly relieve our stress! David Steinfeld is an excellent attorney. He is very intelligent, resourceful and timely. We were pleasantly surprised with our first meeting with David – His office is clutter free, clean, neat and organized. He was prepared for our meeting with documents, research and questions so that we could get right to the point. David is not your typical attorney who would rather “back you in” to a long, drawn out ordeal that would only ramp up the law bill. He is fair and honest and a true human being. He seems to know the law extremely well and enjoys being an attorney to help people. We will continue to have David Steinfeld on our team for all of our legal matters. Thanks again, David.

David has been assisting me on a property issue that falls within the scope of riparian law.
I've dealt with several Attorneys over the years and have to say that David Steinfeld is one of the best! David is very knowledgeable and courteous. He will follow-up and respond in a timely manner and actually make his clients feel like they have someone on their side!

We found David Steinfeld to be very knowledgeable, practical and kind. He thoroughly explained the legal and practical applications to a mechanics lien foreclosure court action filed against us and gave us a plan of action we could take ourselves to resolve the matter quickly without years of litigation and collection attempts. Thus avoiding continuous emotional stress and ever increasing attorney fees and costs in the long run even if eventually we were successful in our defense. We have every confidence in his advice. If you have a problem in his area of expertise, we strongly recommend you talk to him first before doing anything else.

David is a wonderful business lawyer! When I was searching for a lawyer for my startup David was the first one I found. I am so happy to have hired him! He is extremely attentive, professional, easy to work with, and an all around great guy. While structuring my agreements he would explain all possible outcomes and options so that I could make an informed decision. He responds to all questions and/or comments immediately. He doesn't give his clients 100%, he gives them 120% David is the man to have on your side!
