Mr. Steinfeld’s responsiveness was by far the best I have ever encountered in the legal field. He reviewed many documents prior to the consultation and provided excellent advice. In fact, the advice he provided changed the direction of the case to a successful resolution by all parties involved. High recommendations are far and few from me, however, Mr. Steinfeld is very deserving of this recommendation.

I cannot recommend David enough! I am so grateful we found him to help answer some home remodeling contract questions. He has a wealth of knowledge and is excellent at explaining the options available with different scenarios. He lifted such a weight off our shoulders and even arranged our call after hours, so we didn't have to keep worrying! I will definitely call him in the future.

David Steinfeld was very knowledgeable in explaining to me about the pros and cons of pursuing my case and told me the possible case scenarios that might happen during court hearings. He also reviewed the documents that I’ve sent him that I needed to sign for my early lease termination and he advised me the appropriate paragraphs to be revised. We had poor connection several times during our zoom meeting but he was very patient and called me via FaceTime! What an amazing and reliable lawyer to have!!

I had the best experience of consulting with David regarding certain matters that involve my CPA practice that is an S-Corp along with my two LLCs. He is very knowledgeable and very humble and caring in his delivery of the information. You won’t feel intimidated talking to him. I also appreciate that when he doesn’t know the answer not because he doesn’t have knowledge of it but because it’s not in his area and expertise that he is honest about it instead of giving you vague answers. David was amazing to work with!! I can't recommend him enough. I was able to send over some paperwork for him to review prior to our meeting. He is so knowledgeable, informative and personable. I highly recommend David he is trustworthy and extremely knowledge. I have been using him for almost 5 years now. I referred my son to him for contract law. I can’t even count how many people I refer to him. Recently, I entered into a contract for the sale of my business to a Publicly traded company. In the 11th hour they backed out of the deal for no good reason. I had a relatively complex landlord - tenant dispute situation (high end winter vacation rental), and went to David for advice. He was extremely efficient and transparent, extraordinarily knowledgeable and helped arm me with the most impactful points to guide toward resolving with landlord. Will certainly engage again the need arises. Didn't drag out time, very efficient overall.
