We turned to Mr. David Steinfeld in quite a bit of distress with a seemingly impossible and immediately pressing situation. However, David used his impeccably precise knowledge of FL and national laws, recent changes to laws, legal precedents and practical cases to turn things around for us, quite possibly saving our fledgling business from potential ruin. Without his help, we may have agreed to some unfair and draconian terms imposed on us, but he made us see that we had powerful options and that the law was on our side. Every business, big or small, should have access to a good lawyer. But only a great lawyer, with both knowledge and experience, will give you true peace of mind. David Steinfeld is such a lawyer! The realm of contract law is a confusing one. Having an attorney like this is a necessity for any business owner. Mr. Steinfeld made himself immediately available to help me with a time sensitive situation. As I was explaining my situation, he was able to sort the main points out of it. Then he was like a little computer, and could immediately retrieve the different laws that applied to the situation and proposed ways to go at it, which when I gave the ok, he immediately put to work.

David is more than an expert in law, He is a very dedicated and attentive professional to his clients' needs and the given circumstances of the case! I had a very complicated matter and needed a legal consult very quickly. David responded within couple of hours on the same day which is so important when you have a lot of worrisome thoughts and really need to hear about your potential options and course of actions.
David was able right away to identify the main criteria of the situation and provide necessary pointers of implementation. When your attorney is confident, then you will be confident as well, which was the case for me!

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Steinfeld. He is amazingly thorough and he gives you every possible scenario with your particular situation. His honesty and insight are admirable and invaluable. It almost makes me want to have something else go wrong just so I can use him again!
